History
During the 2020 school year, a student in third grade (exam class) almost got hit by a car trying to cross the track; when I questioned her, she replied that she was going to the neighboring city to collect exam papers from high schools of excellence to be more competitive in order to increase her chances of success in the BEPC exam.
The questions that came to mind were:

Were the subjects given by his class teachers not of quality?

The teachers didn't give enough for her to go look for it elsewhere?

What did the subjects of the other schools have that was different?
After his questions, we considered it urgent to create a database online exam papers from schools of excellence and also a publication of best grades received by students to encourage excellence in schools.
Indeed, digitizing knowledge is the alternative to enable schools in search of excellence to benefit from the know-how of schools of excellence for a more competitive school, because well-trained youth are a guarantee of lasting stability.
Problems observed in our schools:
• Dissemination of education of insufficient quality.
• Strong demand for quality education.
• Anarchic sale of documents (booklets) to students transforming schools into boutique schools.
• Lack of automated monitoring of the course progress schedule, creating an imbalance in respecting course development deadlines and scheduling homework.
• Lack of qualified and certified teachers in private schools.
• Inaccessibility of the internet in most schools to facilitate research.
Consequence: Students are exposed to the phenomenon of cybercrime in neighborhood cyber cafes. • Difficulty promoting entrepreneurship at school.
